Phil is a fintech entrepreneur and technology leader with over 30 years of experience building infrastructure that transforms financial markets. As Founder and CEO of ÌÇÐÄlovgo, he is focused on modernising transfer agency, wealth, private markets and digital assets through an AI-driven platform designed to replace legacy systems and enable future-ready financial infrastructure.
Phil previously founded Calastone, now the world’s largest global funds network, co-founded Apply Financial (acquired by Accuity), and as CTO at FNZ led the creation of FNZ CHAIN, the first blockchain-enabled fund ecosystem. Across his ventures, his focus has been on building scalable, interoperable technology that connects global markets with greater efficiency and trust.
