In its third year, Capsule Insurance’s Scale-Up 50 2025 showcases the UK’s hottest tech scale-ups to watch. This year’s list highlights the leaders in the tech industry and acknowledges the remarkable success of the tech scale-up and investment in the last 12 months.

2024 was an active period for ����lovgo™:

• Achieved one of the largest Series A fundraises of 2023/24. The £25m oversubscribed funding round was backed by the high-quality investors Citi, State Street, Fidelity and Portage, with Altered Capital joining as an investor later in the year.
• Signed an agreement with Fidelity International in March to deliver ����lovgo™’s innovative cloud-based Transfer Agency platform as part of its private assets business operating model.
• Achieved ISO27001 certification.
• Continued to enhance and expand product offerings, launching the Long-Term Asset Fund (LTAF) capability.
• The ����lovgo™ team grew by more than 50%.
